Lease:  Minimum: 3 month lease is required. This can be renewed on a month to month basis after the first six months upon mutual agreement of both parties.

Security deposit:   A security deposit equal to one months rent must be paid upon occupancy.  Upon departure and  after satisfactory joint inspection of apartment for any damage or missing inventory, the deposit will be returned. In addition, a small utility deposit is requested to cover forthcoming electric bills after departure. Balance is returned after bill/bills have cleared.

Other conditions:   No pets are allowed and smoking is permitted only on the porches.
