STUDIO EFFICIENCY APARTMENTS
 

There are 5 studio efficiency apartments in the Inn's main building.  This picture shows one of the 4 smaller ones.  They are fully furnished and tastefully decorated.

All apartments feature a private, outside entrance and porch, queen bed, sitting area with satellite TV, bath and ample closet space.  The kitchenette has a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee pot as well as dishes, pots, pans, etc. plus an eating bar.  Everything is furnished including all linens, and towels.  Every unit has A/C and baseboard heat.  The small studios rent for $450/month and that includes water and satellite. Tenants are responsible for their electric usage and the apartments are separately metered and billed by the electric company.

Also available is a very large studio apartment that is unfurnished.  It has a large island kitchen. custom cabinets, vaulted ceilings with recessed lighting, extra large closets, large living area, dining area, bedroom and bath.  It rents for $665/month which includes water and satellite.

We have an on-premises laundry room located in the main building with a new set of commercial washer and dryer.


ONE BEDROOM APARTMENTS

The Pineapple Cottage is located next to the main building and has (2) one bedroom apartments.

The upper unit (shown) is fully furnished and has a separate bedroom and bathroom.  As with all the furnished units, all furniture, linens, dishes, pots, pans, appliances, etc. are provided. Features include an island kitchen, gas log fireplace and a laundry room with washer and dryer.  The entrance to this apartment is ground level from an upper road.  The porch is second story.  The rent is $665/month which includes water and satellite.  Tenant is responsible for their electric and gas.

The lower unit is fully furnished and has a separate bedroom and bath.  The porch of the lower unit overlooks a lovely rock garden.  Rent is $600/month, water and satellite included.  Tenant is responsible for their electric usage.
